Check out a preview of my new DVD!

I have just released the first in what will be a series of DVD's.  Quoted from the DVD:

"In this DVD Dianne demonstrates her ability to communicate with horses by helping Anke Brandstater and her horse “Fran” with motivation and responsiveness both on the ground and in the saddle, helping them both build a solid foundation for the future.

Dianne also helps “Cal” and his owner Amy Dougless get through issues with spookiness and a lack of control which had lead to bucking.  The end result is a calmer, more enjoyable animal that will provide peace of mind for both the horse and rider."

My DVD is available by contacting me directly or by visiting Especially Western (509-965-1152) located in Yakima, Washington at 3509 Main Street and is owned by Linda Gutierrez.

About Dianne Mortenson

Dianne Mortenson was born just outside of Sydney, Australia.  Shortly after she entered school she and her family moved to the state of Oregon in the USA.  At the young age of seven she began her lifelong pursuit of gaining a better understanding of how the equine mind works.

Working along side her Father, Dianne gained hands on training with animals of all shapes and sizes, but her true love has always been horses.  That love of horses has let her experience things that most only dream of.  Being in the top ten barrel racers in Washington State, working on Walter Brennan's ranch in Oregon,  teaching Equestrian related classes at Central Oregon Community College, and participating in "The Rendezvous" in Yakima Washington as a headline trainer just to name a few.  Most recently, Dianne spent six months training horses in Australia, from as far south as the small coastal town of Kiama, to Sydney.

Dianne's unique style of training is focused more on the psychological than the physical.  Make no mistake, anything equestrian is undoubtedly a physical exercise, but the key is working smarter... not harder, and Dianne's approach exemplifies that.
